Project: Tunisian Youth Impact (TYI) Website and ERP Development

Client: Tunisian Youth Impact (TYI), a Non-Governmental Organization

Background:

Tunisian Youth Impact (TYI) is an NGO established on December 1, 2018, by young civil society activists. With over 80 active members, regional coordinators, and volunteers spread across Tunisia, TYI is committed to empowering youth and driving social impact across the country.

Project Description:

I developed a comprehensive digital platform for TYI, including a responsive website and a customized ERP tool to streamline their operations and enhance their project management capabilities.

Key Features:

Website Development:

Bootstrap with Soft UI Kit: Designed a responsive and visually appealing website, ensuring accessibility across devices.

Aragon Admin Dashboard: Integrated for administrative tasks, providing an intuitive interface for managing content and user interactions.

ERP Development:

Dolibarr Integration: Implemented Dolibarr as the core ERP system to manage TYI's operations efficiently.

Custom Project Management Module: Developed a tailored module within Dolibarr to facilitate project planning, tracking, and execution.

Custom Reporting Module: Created specialized reporting tools to enhance data-driven decision-making and improve transparency within the organization.

Additional Features:

Co-Working Space Reservation System: Developed a system for booking co-working spaces, supporting TYI's collaborative initiatives.

Customized Membership Management: Enhanced Dolibarr's membership management features to better align with TYI's needs, improving member engagement and retention.

Outcome:

The project resulted in a powerful and user-friendly platform that supports TYI's mission of youth empowerment. By combining a modern website with a customized ERP solution, the platform has significantly improved TYI's ability to manage projects, resources, and memberships, enabling them to achieve greater impact across Tunisia.
