Project Description:
This ERP system, developed for the Tunisian Ministry of Justice, is one of the largest software projects I have undertaken in my career. Over a span of two years, I designed and implemented a comprehensive solution for managing mutual resources. The system integrates seamlessly with Tunisia’s fiscal and accounting regulations and supports over 13,000 users. It streamlines various operations, from payroll and credit management to adherent services, and ensures secure communication with external systems such as banks and telecom operators.

Financial & Accounting Management:
Comprehensive management of invoicing, expenses, financial reporting, and tax compliance, ensuring real-time oversight and regulatory adherence.
Human Resources and Payroll Management:
Automated payroll system handling salary calculations, deductions, and benefits with detailed payslip generation and reporting.
Adherent Management:
Centralized management of adherent profiles, service history, and loan applications, with custom dashboards for personal data management.
Credit and Loan Management:
End-to-end credit management, including loan disbursements, repayment schedules, and deadline tracking with automated notifications.
Inventory & Asset Management:
Efficient tracking of assets and inventory with real-time updates for operational efficiency.
Bank Transfers and Financial Transactions:
Bulk transfer system integrated with banking APIs for secure processing of large payments.
Telecommunication Integration:
Communication with telecom operators (Tunisie Télécom, Orange, Ooredoo) for sending SMS notifications and reminders.
Administrator Platform:
Double-validation process for workflow stability, including sections for adherents, children, banks, loans, donations, leisure, spouses, user management, and secure password recovery.
Reporting and Analytics:
Customizable reports and analytics for financial performance and system usage, with exportable formats for audits.
Communication with DAF via CNI File:
Secure data exchanges with the Department of Financial Affairs using CNI files for financial updates and audits.
Customer Support and Ticketing System:
Integrated ticketing system for adherent support, with real-time tracking and resolution.
User Roles & Permissions:
Role-based access controls ensuring secure, granular management of module access.
Outcome:
The ERP system has significantly optimized mutual resource management, enhancing internal operations and providing a comprehensive platform for over 13,000 users. Through its integration with banking and telecom systems and adherence to national standards, it has ensured operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
